About Dianna Ballesteros

Dianna is currently studying for her doctoral degree in School of Business and Education at Argosy University San Francisco Bay Area Campus. Her doctoral degree will be in Organizational Leadership. She earned both master and bachelor degrees in Human Development from Pacific Oaks College. Dianna’s associate in arts degree is from San Jose City College in Early Childhood Education. She has been in child development programs since 1972. Ballesteros has been an executive director in private, corporate, and nonprofit for over thirty years. Along with her primary role of Executive Director in San Jose’s most historical early care andeducation center, St. Elizabeth’s Day Home, she is adjunct faculty for Pacific Oaks College, Evergreen SanJose City Community Colleges and West Valley Mission Community Colleges. Dianna specializes in teachinghuman and child development coursework. She teaches creative, innovative student cohorts which foon bilingual‐bicultural courses in her home language of Spanish and academic language of English.
